What is grape seed extract

Grape seed extracts are concentrates from whole grape seeds that includr both water solluble substances and microscopic fatty droplets. .

They contain a great concentration of vitamin E, flavonoids, linoleic acid, and OPCs and especially polyphenols, for example oligomeric proanthocyanidins haing an antioxidant effect.
